High Efficiency III-V solar cell
III-V
multi-junction HCPV solar cell is a proven power source used in spacecrafts. It
produces 2 to 3 times more electricity compared to silicon solar cells. Solapoint
is amongst the first companies dedicated to produce cost-effective III-V cells
for terrestrial applications. Solapoint’s
high-efficiency cells come in sizes which can be used for various applications,
including utility power generation. HCPV
